ASO - Akademie für Systemisches Coaching und Organisationsberatung
Die ASO ist eine der am längsten existierenden Systemischen Coachingausbildungen in Österreich.
Methodisch-wissenschaftliche Basis unserer Beratungstätigkeit und unserer Ausbildungskurse ist der systemisch-lösungszentrierte Beratungsansatz. Wichtige Lehrer waren S.de Shazer, Gunther Schmidt, Kurt Buchinger.
Wir sind vor kurzem eine Kooperation mit der renommiertesten Weiterbildungsuniversität Österreichs, der Donau-Uni Krems eingegangen:
Der Master of Sciences in Coaching und Counseling kann anschließend an das ASO-Diplom erworben werden.
Im Auftrag der Donau-Uni Krems führen Trainer und Trainerinnen der ASO ab Herbst 2009 einen Spezialkurs für internes Coaching und Mentoring in Gesundheitswesen durch. Basis dafür war unser EU-Projekt Gesundes Gesundheitswesen, in Kooperation mit Hill International und KDZ.
Unser neuer Internationaler Partner ist Prof. Dr. Kurt Buchinger, Uni Kassel (Theorie und Methodik des Coachings und der Organisationsentwicklung) als Wissenschaftlicher Leiter und Referent in unserer Coachingausbildung mitarbeiten wird.
Weitere Schwerpunkte unserer Weiterentwicklung sind:
Coaching von Veränderungsprozessen in Klein- und Mittelbetrieben
Gesundheitsberatung
Organisationsaufstellungen
Krisenmanagement.
Inhalte
Day 1:
• Assessment of goals and needs
• Identifying and defining of various coaching and counselling situations and occurrences.
• Introduction and immersion into the essential vocabulary and phrases (describing emotions, situations, etc) and grammatical areas necessary to define; clarify and explain past and present events as well as establish future steps and action.
Day 2:
• Identifying various question forms used in coaching and counselling: examples given by participants, which can be given in German and translated by group, so as to exercise the language aspects.
• Brief introduction to language cultural aspects and “false friends” (words that look and sound the same in German and English but have completely different meanings!)
• Consolidation of acquired language skills in output and role-plays
• Transfer of skills
Day 3 (Follow-up):
• Follow-up training and perfection

Our roles as coaches and counsellors are becoming increasingly more challenging in the social and business environment of Austria. Austria is a cultural “meeting point” of many different countries, nationalities, cultures and traditions - exciting and diverse, but also faced with many challenges, including the ability to communicate – to understand and be understood - when the call arises.
Target Group
This course is for coaches and counsellors who possess a basic knowledge of English and who would like to acquire greater confidence in coaching and counselling non-German speaking clients.
